The BLINK DC Fast charger at Cracker Barrel Manchester, TN has a message: ”EMERGENCY STOP” was pressed. Ok no problem the BLINK rep on the phone said. So the kind Cracker Barrel General Manager went out, with a set of keys, since the phone rep told her, all you have to do is reset it. Well the keys did not fit any lock on the unit, until 15 minutes later, we called the Blink support line again. Now I asked the kind agent, to walk us throu what steps to take. Turned out we needed to use the keys on the breaker panel next to the power cabinet, to find two breakers, (75 & 125 amp). These needed to be reset. Well we tried it several times, and guess what, it did not work! After whole unit powered back up, and the left (master) did not respond to any touch in put, it returned right back to the same error message. At this point the phone rep said, it is an electrical problem and can only be fixed by an on-site tech, so I stuck now, and have to wait on the L2 blink charger to bring the battery back up to enough charge, to make it back to Murfreesboro, since the DC fast charger @ Kimball, TN CB, is totally dead. If they don’t get these DC fast chargers working, then I can’t blaim Cracket Barrel, for terminating, PILOT early, an go to a differan’t fast charger, such as the Nissan units. They & we; the LEAF” owners have really shown a lot of patients with BLINK, but this is getting out hand, and hurts the EV project and our future of EV mobility, and is an waste of our tax dollars
