I did some inquiring with the Simon Malls and finally got an email answer back from them last Month:

Thank you for reaching out to us. In response to your inquiry, I think you’ll be pleased. Opry Mills is actively seeking ways to install charging stations on our property. While I don’t have many details at the moment, the project is a high priority for us. Please feel free to contact me periodically to check the status of this project.

That still means only time will tell, but the more EV drivers – go to the Customer Service Counter and fill out a Survey card – and put that as one of there “TOP Requests on it” that will put some spin in the right direction
